As Heraclitus so rightly said, change is the only constant in life.

This little collection of poems is about the transitions and transformations that are always occurring, whether we are aware of them or not. They may be real or imagined, in our minds or in our bodies, in the environment or somewhere else.

It is this constant change that gives life its flavor. Making it sometimes exhilarating, sometimes daunting, but ultimately and always, a uniquely personal experience.
